- Description:
- The Manchester Public Library is pleased to present a special FREE, one-hour lecture, Edgar Allan Poe – His Writing Life, on Monday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Howroyd Room of the Manchester Public Library, 586 Main Street. In the persona of Poe himself, actor Lou Harmon from the Trail of Terror will read from the master's work while providing an intimate glimpse into the life of the writer many consider the founder of the horror and suspense genres. This lecture is in conjunction with the Monthly Adult Book Group. The Adult Book Group is reading "Great Tales & Poems of Edgar Allan Poe".
