- The Registrar's of Voters Office will be open for a
voter registration session on Tuesday 10/27/09 from 8 a.m - 8 p.m. The Registrar is located in the Weiss Center, 479 Main St. and can be reached at 647-3025 or go to http://www.townofmanchester.org/registrar/
Tuesday, October 27th - Last day to register to be able to vote in the Municipal Election, this must be done in person at the Registrars Office, by 8:00 p.m.
You Must be 18 years old by Election Day to be able to vote.
You can obtain Voter Registration Applications by contacting the Registrars Office at 647-3025, or via the Secretary of the States website (link on our front page). All completed forms should be mailed to: Registrars of Voters, 479 Main Street, PO Box 191, Manchester, CT 06045-0191.
Absentee Ballot Applications can obtained from the Town Clerk's office in Town Hall, 647-3037.

Use the parking lot entrance. Follow signs to veteran's counselor.
There is an elevator located at this entrance.

1. Public comment regarding one year golf course management agreement.
2. Discuss and act on waiving bid requirement and entering into a one year management agreement for the golf course with the Country Club to end November 2010.
3. Direct subcommittee to develop a process/timeline for public input and the subsequent development of a Request for Proposal for the management of the golf course beginning November, 2010.
