Parking Ban Begins Dec. 1, 2009
- Description:
- Overnight parking in wintertime
There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6 a.m. from December 1 through April 1. There is a $15 fine for violations.

- A Veteran's benefits counselor will be at the Weiss Center conference room every Tuesday from noon-3pm. Call 729-3163 for more info. on Tuesdays only. All other times please call 860-872-6433.
The Weiss Center is located at 479 Main St. in Manchester. Park in rear of building.
Use the parking lot entrance. Follow signs to veteran's counselor.
There is an elevator located at this entrance.
This is for all veterans, regardless of branch of service, combat or non-combat.

- Description:
- The regular meeting of the Manchester Board of Directors will be held this evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Hearing Room at Lincoln Center, 494 Main St., Manchester. Special meetings will be held at such time and places as determined by the Board of Directors.
