- Description:
- A Veteran's benefits counselor will be at the Weiss Center conference room every Tuesday from noon-3pm. Call 729-3163 for more info. on Tuesdays only. All other times please call 860-872-6433.
The Weiss Center is located at 479 Main St. in Manchester. Park in rear of building.
Use the parking lot entrance. Follow signs to veteran's counselor.
There is an elevator located at this entrance.
This is for all veterans, regardless of branch of service, combat or non-combat.

[5:00pm] YOUTH COMMISION MEETING
- Description:
- Youth Commission meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, except for July & August when they are held the 1st Tues. of the month only. Meetings are held in the Manchester Room from 5-7 PM, located on the Second Floor of Town Hall.

[5:30pm] National Night Out
- Description:
- National Night Out, America's Night Out Against Crime, is being held at Center Park from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. NNO is a unique crime/drug prevention event that takes place in over 15,000 communities from all 50 states. There will be a bounce house, clown, DJ, info from the Police Dept. on various topics and other entertainment. Stop by with the family for a fun evening out!
National Night Out is designed to:
•Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;
•Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs;
•Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and
•Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

- Description:
- The regular meeting of the Manchester Board of Directors will be held this evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Hearing Room at Lincoln Center, 494 Main St. Special meetings will be held at such time and places as determined by the Board of Directors.

[7:00pm] Cancer Support Group
- Description:
- This support group is open to all who have or have had cancer and would like the support of others to share emothions and encouragement.
Meetings are every other Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Manchester Housing Authority Hall, 24 Bluefield Drive in Manchester.
