6:00pm [6:00pm] Beller's Music Summer Concert
The Beller's Music Summer Concert Series, Concerts in Center Park Presents: Wastin' Bullets. Wastin' Bullets, is Meriden Connecticut's premier Texas cover band - a surprising honky-tonk rockabilly classic country ensemble. Artists covered include Dale Watson, George Strait, and Merle Haggard. From mid-July to mid-August, the free concerts sponsored by the DuBaldo family's Beller's Music are in Center Memorial Park, on the shady grounds of Mary Cheney Library. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, some friends and your picnic dinner, or enjoy take-out from any of the Downtown restaurants. Rain location for today: MCC on Main, 903 Main Street. For information, call 860-649.2036

[7:00pm] Not So 'YA' Book Club
Do you still love young adult fiction but are perhaps a little less “y” and a little more “a”? The Manchester Public Library’s Not So “YA” Book Club is a group for adults who still can’t get enough of young adult literature. Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017. This month we will be discussing The Wrath and the Dawn by Renée Ahdieh, a story inspired by A Thousand and One Nights. Copies of the book are available at Cheney. This is a free program and no registration is required. For more information contact Ashley at 860-645-0821 or at aspears@manchesterct.gov.
