  Spring 2018 Storytime Session
Description:
Spring 2018 Storytime Session The session runs from April 16th May 19th with many program options. Registration begins April 9th for Manchester residents and April 11th for non-residents. Storytimes are offered for infants, one-year olds, two-year olds, three-to-five year olds and 1st-2nd graders. Family Place workshops for children 0-36 months and their caregivers will also resume this spring. Description:
The Manchester Public Library will host a new board game and role playing game program for teens on Monday afternoons from 3-4:30pm starting April 16, 2018. The program for middle and high school age students will include: April 16, 2018: Learn to play Dropmix and Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle April 23, 2018: Play Dungeons and Dragons, 5th Edition April 30, 2018: Learn to play Codenames Marvel and Sheriff of Nottingham No registration required for this free program! Description:
"15 Minutes to Live: the sinking of the Lusitania" presented by Jason Scappaticci. Monday, April 16, 2018, 6:30pm at the Whiton Auditorium, 100 North Main Street. On May 7, 1915, less than a year after World War I (1914-18) erupted across Europe, a German U-boat torpedoed and sank the RMS Lusitania, 
a British ocean liner en route from New York to Liverpool, England. 
Of the more than 1,900 passengers and crew members on board, 
more than 1,100 perished, including more than 120 Americans. 
Jason Scappaticci is a Manchester resident and Director of New Students and First Year programs at Manchester Community College. He is currently serving in his second term on the Manchester Board of Education. This is a free event and no registration is required.
