Description:
The Manchester Health Department is offering a two hour nutrition class for four weeks starting on Monday, May 7, 2018 Krissy Anderson a Community Nutrition Educator will do a one hour cooking class followed by a cooking demonstration which will include participant participation and eating what is cooked. Topics to be covered include label reading, fibers and sugars, shopping on a budget, fast foods and saturated and unsaturated fats and much more. Maximum class size is 10 and registration is required. Call the Manchester Health Department at (860) 647-3173 to register.

Description:
Please join Manchester Dog Owners Group for our new MDOG Mondays Seminar Series: Canine Healthcare. The seminar will focus on the importance of canine healthcare. We will discuss veterinary care, preventative care and medical resources. As well as, some general information on infectious disease, emergency response, and basic first aid. Our seminar will take place on Monday, May 7th at 6:30pm at the Manchester Police Department Community Room, 239 Middle Turnpike E in Manchester. Description:
Join the discussion of Elly Griffith's "The Zig Zag Girl." The novel is the first in a series featuring a band of magicians, formerly special-ops soldiers in World War II, who hunt for a killer performing deadly versions of their most famous tricks.
