From Jersey Boys creators Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice and Drama Desk Award-winning composer/lyricist Andrew Lippa, this musical comedy brings Charles Addams’ beloved and bizarre Gomez, Morticia, Uncle Fester, Grandma, Wednesday, Pugsley and Lurch to spectacular life, complete with show-stopping musical numbers. Don’t miss the show that Bloomberg News declared, “Uproarious! A glitzy-gloomy musical entirely worthy of the macabre drawings by Charles Addams.”
The magnificently morbid family is put to the test when outsiders come to dinner, hurling them into a night that will change their lives forever. Not much scares Gomez Addams, but when his daughter Wednesday falls in love with a “normal” young man, he finds himself in a personal nightmare. It’s a macabre family gathering full of unbridled fun, exuberant music and dance, and spooky spectacles for your WHOLE FAMILY TO ENJOY!

Wolf by Wolf: One girls mission to kill Hitler by Ryan Graudin
Her story begins on a train. The year is 1956, and the Axis powers of the Third Reich and Imperial Japan rule. To commemorate their Great Victory, they host the Axis Tour: an annual motorcycle race across their combined continents. The prize? An audience with the highly reclusive Adolf Hitler at the Victor's ball in Tokyo.
Yael, a former death camp prisoner, has witnessed too much suffering, and the five wolves tattooed on her arm are a constant reminder of the loved ones she lost. The resistance has given Yael one goal: Win the race and kill Hitler. A survivor of painful human experimentation, Yael has the power to skinshift and must complete her mission by impersonating last year's only female racer, Adele Wolfe. This deception becomes more difficult when Felix, Adele's twin brother, and Luka, her former love interest, enter the race and watch Yael's every move.

Unitarian Universalist Society: East
Description:
The Unitarian Universalist Society: East’s annual Craft & Food Holiday Fair will take place on November 17-18, 2017. On Friday the hours are 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday the fair runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Every year the fair has a magical quality,” said Michelle Spadaccini, fair coordinator. “People are so joyful and friendly! It’s a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season.”
Friday night’s preview includes apple cider and dessert, plus first dibs on the items in the tag sale boutique and everything else. Admission is $5 on Friday night only.
Doors open at 10 a.m. on Saturday for a day full of shopping and a gourmet luncheon from 11 a.m. til 2 p.m. Admission is free.
The luncheon has a reputation for being one of the best fair luncheons in town. Fresh, local ingredients are always featured and the cooks cater to every taste with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The Sugar and Spice Shop offers baked goods of all kinds, featuring cookies by the pound.
Everything that is available for sale is made or donated by members of the congregation. All summer members have been designing jewelry or experimenting with a new twist on a favorite craft, making jams and jellies, knitting and sewing, and painting in preparation for the fair. Shoppers will find jewelry, pottery, knit and sewn items, photographic note cards, woodwork, fine art, and more.
Not everything offered for sale at the fair is brand new. UUS:E members care about the environment and look for ways to incorporate sustainable living practices into their everyday routines. The tag sale boutique, book sale and vintage jewelry booth are always popular among fair shoppers, and are filled with donations of good condition, pre-loved items.
