The next Senior Center Newcomer’s meeting, open to those 60+ and Members will be held in the library. New members will receive introductions to our programs and tour our facility. You must REGISTER with the front office by calling (860) 647-3211 ahead of time so we may properly prepare for your visit. If you would like to have lunch with us, please register for lunch on Monday, Sept 17th or Tues, Sept 18th by 12:00 Noon. We look forward to your visit!

7:00pm [7:00pm] Manchester Art Association Meeting
The next meeting of the Manchester Art Association will be Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the auditorium of the Arbors, 403 West Center Street, Manchester (extra parking is available at Manchester Manor next door). The guest artist, Jack Broderick, will demonstrate landscape painting. Jack is a well-known landscape artist who works primarily in oils. After careers in teaching, insurance and marketing, at age 50 he attended Lyme Art Academy and made art his full-time career. He has won many awards and has traveled, painted and exhibited internationally. He currently teaches painting and drawing at his studio in the Mill Work in Willington, CT. The program will include a members’ Art-of-the-Month competition and light refreshments. The meeting is free and open to the public.
