Description:
MCSC has a new time With even the best intentions, It can sometimes be difficult to get out of the office at noon when the day gets away from you. Instead, let's get our day started with MCSC! Our new meeting time will be at 9:00 am at Manchester Police Department, 239 East Middle Turnpike, in the Training Room on the 2nd floor. MCSC has an exciting year planned Mark your calendars September 6th at 9:00 we will be at the Manchester Police Department, 2nd floor training room kicking off our new year with an update from the Manchester PD. Our speaker will highlight what trends the police are seeing in Manchester. October 4th at 9:00 Chris Silver Director of Leisure, Family and Recreation will give us a run down of what his department does and review their fall programming. November 1st at 9:00 Shannon Baldassario, Director of Services and Manager of Community Outreach and Emergency Services for MACC Charities will speak about the services MACC offers for the homeless population in our community. November 8th 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Senior Center we are hosting our first Community Forum. We will have a panel of local experts on the topic of Homelessness. They will be discussing homelessness in Manchester and the services that are available and how to access those services. December 6th at 9:00 we will hear about the services Interval House has to offer.

Help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group designed to help you rebuild your life after losing a loved one. Our group is made up of caring individuals who have experienced grief and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. This group meets on Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, at the Manchester Church of Christ starting on September 13th and going through December 13th.
