10th Annual Downtown Manchester Scarecrow Festival
Description:
View scarecrow creations of all kinds displayed along Main Street created by individuals, businesses students and groups. Description:
Rainbow Fish” - Tuesday, October 16th, 6:30pm at Cheney. Dive into a story about a beautiful fish who learns to make friends by sharing his most prized possessions – his shimmering scales. After, we’ll use crayons and a wax resist painting technique to make pictures inspired by the book. This program with the Lutz Children’s Museum is appropriate for children ages 3-5. This program is taught by staff from the Lutz Children's Museum but held at the Mary Cheney Library. The program is free but does require registration. Please contact the library at (860) 643-2471.

Description:
The following is the schedule of meetings to be held by the Manchester Conservation Commission. Meetings take place on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the Directors’ Room, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut. The Commission does not meet in July or August. MEETING DATES February 20, 2018 March 20, 2018 April 17, 2018 May 15, 2018 June 19, 2018 September 18, 2018 October 16, 2018 November 20, 2018 December 18, 2018 January 15, 2019 The Conservation Commission approved this schedule on November 21, 2017.
