7:00pm [7:00pm] Spooky Stories
Join Dan Foley, Benjamin Thomas, and friends for a reading of Spooky stories for Halloween. Foley is a Manchester author who has published several novels and novellas as well as numerous short stories. Suitable for all ages, but the stories are scary. It is Halloween, after all! Benjamin Thomas writes from New England where he unequally balances time between hiking, writing, and quoting seemingly random movies. He earned an MFA from Albertus Magnus College, and his debut novel Jack Be Quick is available now from Owl Hollow Press. His short work has appeared in Flash Fiction Online, Crack the Spine, Winter Tales: A Fox Spirit Anthology, and elsewhere. Ben reviews books for Shoreline of Infinity, the Hugo-nominated speculative fiction e-zine. No registration required for this free event. For more information, please call Jenn Bartlett at 860-645-0821 or visit the library website.
