Jay Howroyd Fitness Trail Dedication Postponed
Jay Howroyd Fitness Trail Dedication Postponed to Spring/Early Summer 2019. The dedication ceremony for the Jay Howroyd Fitness Trail rescheduled for Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 has been cancelled and postponed to early Spring/Summer 2019 due to projected inclement weather.

9:00am [9:00am] Heritage Holiday Fair
This year’s fair will feature many booths including jewelry, linens, handicrafts and country kitchen, our famous Center Bake Shoppe, Holiday House, Books and Ye Old Country Store. Ye Old Country Store is a new booth that will contain many small shops within a shop. Included in the Country Store will be a Vintage Shop, an old fashioned Candy Shoppe, a Kitchen Shop, and Wooden Shop. A new booth will be a Re-gifting Shop. A favorite of the Heritage Holiday Fair’s is its Center Café. The Center Café offers a full lunch at affordable prices. The Center Café is located downstairs in the recently renovated Woodruff Hall. Admission to Saturday’s festivities is free of charge. This well-attended sale is not one to miss! See you there! This conference is designed for parents and caregivers with a focus on why play is so important to your child’s development and tips & tricks on how to support play in ways that won’t break the bank! Do you find yourself browsing through the cookbook section of your favorite library or bookstore? Do you like tasting new things and enjoy discussing them with others? Then we have just the program for you. Come to one of our 'Recipe Readers' events. This club will meet monthly on Saturday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Each month a theme, author or cookbook will be chosen. Participants are asked to pick one recipe from the book(s) and come to the program with dish in hand on the date posted ready to discuss their experience. Dishes should arrive fully prepared and ready to share. This month books choices are: Come and Get It and Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl, both by the Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond.
