Description:
Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter Passions run high as leading lady Lilli Vanessi and her ex-husband, actor/director Fred Graham, battle onstage and off in a production of Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew. With romance, comedy, sophistication, and behind-the-scenes high jinks, KISS ME, KATE combines the irreverent humor of two brilliant writers: Cole Porter and William Shakespeare. Description:
This fun event provides an opportunity for students to share original poetry or read something by a favorite author. Contact Bob Eckert at reckert@lutzmuseum.org or 860-643-0949 x18 if your child is between the ages of five and twelve and would like to appear on stage. Just provide his or her full name, age, the title, and the author of your poem. This event is free and open to the public. Please join us as a performer or as a member of the audience.
