The Manchester Health Department in partnership with the Manchester Public Library are sponsoring 'Healthy Eating - Letís Start the New Year Right'. This program is being offered on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Whiton Branch Library. Erin Ballou, Health Promotion Coordinator at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center will offer tips to help you maintain a healthy life style during the winter months.
