[6:30pm] How Well Are You Sleeping?
- Description:
- The Manchester Health Department in partnership with the Manchester Public Library are sponsoring “How Well Are You Sleeping? An Overview of Sleep Disorders”. This program is being offered on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Whiton Branch Library at 6:30 p.m. Dilpreet Singh – Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Polysomnographic Technologist from Johnson Memorial Hospital will discuss some of the most common disorders that can impact sleep. He will offer tips on what can be done to improve sleep hygiene.
