9:00am [9:00am] Manchester Land Conservation Trust Tag Sale- Donations Welcome
Description:
Accepting tag sale donations now through June 3 on most Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to benefit the Manchester Land Conservation Trust and its work to preserve open space lands. Drop donations off at the former cider barn – small items can be placed in the bin to the right of the barn – or contact the tag sale manager, Terry Parla, 860-643-1823. No TVs, encyclopedias, clothing. The actual tag sale runs from Friday, June 7 through Saturday, June 15, 9:00 to 2:00 each day, with 5,000 square feet of books, games, dishes, tools, furniture, near-antiques, etc.

Description:
We run rain or shine. Wednesdays 4:30 – 7:30pm from 6/12/19 through 8/21/19; No market on 7/3/19. Come get your locally grown produce, farm raised eggs and meats, and handcrafted artisanal products. Description:
An Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group will be held at the Manchester Senior Center on the 2nd Wednesday each month. Any caregiver, family, friend or person affected by dementia or Alzheimer’s is welcome to attend. There is no charge. Call Ed Paquette at 860-647-3093 for more information.

[6:00pm] Mass Training CPR
Description:
A reduced cost American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR /Choking for adult and child & proper use of AED is being offered on Wednesday, June 12 at the Community Y Recreation Center. Also included is free “Stop the Bleed” training, teaching skills that can be used to stop uncontrolled bleeding in an emergency situation. Space is limited so call now. The cost for CPR is $15.00 for Manchester residents and $25.00 for non-residents. You must register at RecOnLine.townofmanchester.org or in person or by phone at the Community Y - (860) 647-3164.

Description:
All residents living in the Meadowbrook Area; Waddell Area; Strant Street Area; St. John Area; West Side Area and Bunce Drive Area: Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Senior Center on East Middle Turnpike.
