Labyrinth Brewing Company will host a benefit for Interval House, Connecticut’s largest domestic violence agency, serving Manchester and 23 other towns. Join us for a spirited Thursday night in LBC’s beautiful taproom and support Interval House’s direct services for victims of abuse with a $5.00 suggested donation at the door, door prizes, and your purchase of beverages (a portion of the evening’s sales will be donated to the agency). Be among the first to watch a segment from the new PBS documentary series “Chasing The Moon”, which details the race to the moon and premieres this July. Compassionate Friends Meeting The Compassionate Friends will meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Compassionate Friends is a national nonprofit, self-help support organization that offers friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings. Monthly Board of Directors Meetings Manchester Land Conservation Trust Board of Directors usually meets at 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month, at our office at 20 Hartford Road, at the corner of Main Street and Hartford Road (upstairs from Chamber of Commerce). Board meetings are held nine times per year, in January, February, March, April, June, September, October, November, and December. (The board's May meeting is part of the annual meeting, and the board's December meeting is usually held at a member's home.) The public is invited to attend board meetings. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) support group will hold its regular meeting on the third Thursday of every month.
