Digging Into Nature with Animal Embassy

Description: Animals dig into the surface of the Earth for many reasons; some dig to lay their eggs, others to find or hide food, many to escape extremes of heat or cold, while some are permanent underground residents.

Families will meet an African Sulcata tortoise, an Indian sand boa, a soft shelled turtle, giant cane toads, a rabbit, a hedgehog and more as we explore the subterranean realm and some of the creatures that call it home. This program is recommended for children ages 4 and up.
