Manchester Public Library invites teens in grades 6-12 to join Lauren Grover of Paisley Peacock Body Arts and learn about the fascinating, multicultural, 3,000 year-old history of henna. Learn where it comes from and why it was done traditionally, as well as chemistry, mixology, and safety. After the intro, the artist will give everyone who attends their own custom henna design, based on traditional styles from around the world.
