Municipal Election

Description: All 8 Polling places will be open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.

You can obtain Voter Registration Applications by contacting the Registrarís Office at 860-647-3025, or via the Secretary of the States website: https://voterregistration.ct.gov/OLVR/welcome.do.

All completed forms should be mailed to: Registrars of Voters, 479 Main Street, PO Box 191, Manchester, CT 06045-0191. The last day for mail-in and in-person voter Registration is October 31, 2017.

Extended Voter Session: Tuesday, October 31, 2017, the Registrars of Voters office at 479 Main Street, 1st floor, will be open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. This is the last day to register in-person or have a voter application postmarked before Election Day, which is Tuesday November 7, 2017.

For any Manchester resident not registered by October 31, there will be Election Day voter registration on Tuesday, November 7th from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, at the Registrar of Voters Office at 479 Main Street, 1st floor. Proper identification showing the residentís address will be required.

Absentee Ballot Applications are obtained from the Town Clerkís Office, open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 41 Center Street, Manchester. Regular absentee ballot applications can only be obtained until the close of business on November 6, 2017.
